How do licenses work?
Each license is tied to a single domain. When you activate your license on a website, it registers that domain with our license server.
Can I use one license on multiple sites?
- Lite/Pro licenses: One site per license
- Developer license: Includes licenses for both WordPress and Joomla, but still one site each
For multiple sites, you need multiple licenses or a Developer license for platform flexibility.
How do I move my license to a different domain?
- Go to wootsup.com/account/licenses
- Click Deactivate next to the current domain
- Install API Mapper on your new domain
- Activate with the same license key
What happens when my license expires?
- API Mapper continues to work - existing connections keep functioning
- No updates - you won't receive new features or bug fixes
- No support - priority support is no longer available
To receive updates again, renew your license.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If API Mapper doesn't meet your needs, contact support@wootsup.com within 14 days of purchase.
Do you offer discounts?
- Renewals: Existing customers get renewal discounts
- Upgrades: Pay only the difference when upgrading tiers

- Go to wootsup.com/recover-license
- Enter your purchase email address
- Check your inbox for the license key
Can I upgrade my license later?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time:
- Free → Lite, Pro, or Developer
- Lite → Pro or Developer
- Pro → Developer
You only pay the price difference. Go to your account dashboard to upgrade.
